For Windows 95 or Higher Click the right-hand button on your mouse. On the menu that pops up, select "Save Target As..." Choose the location for the PDF on your computer and save the file.

For Macintosh Position the mouse pointer over the link, then click the mouse button and hold it down for a few seconds. A save as box will appear. Click the 'Desktop' button, make note of the file name that appears in the 'Save as:' text box, and click the 'Save' button.
